THE GRAPE HARVEST BEGAN!
We harvested manually the white grape ( Sémillon)
for the elaboration of the Cremant of Bordeaux.
The grape harvest is made in crates, they are directly weighed
and emptied in the press.
The harvest of Sauvignons began on September 12th.
The quality is very interessante with a beautiful aroma and
a good length.
The returns are weak, with an average of 42 hectolitres by
Hectare.
We think of beginning the harvest
of red grape from September 26th.
